The Middletown (DE) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated closed out Sisterhood Month in grand style with a Dance and Stroll Meet-up on Sunday, March 31, at Charles E. Price Memorial Park in Middletown, DE. This culminating event was the perfect way to embrace the sorority’s Physical and Mental Health thrust while celebrating the bonds of sisterhood.
Members gathered in the spirit of unity, ready to move, groove, and strengthen their connection with one another. The event provided an opportunity for Sorors to learn and refine classic Delta strolls while also mastering the trending Boots on the Ground line dance. With music filling the air and the energy high, members of all experience levels stepped in sync, reinforcing the joy and camaraderie that define Delta sisterhood.

Beyond the steps and rhythms, the Dance and Stroll Meet-Up was a testament to the chapter’s commitment to holistic wellness. Physical activity is a key component of overall well-being, and dancing not only promotes cardiovascular health but also serves as a stress reliever, boosting mental clarity and emotional upliftment. The event embodied the essence of Delta Sigma Theta’s commitment to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
As Sisterhood Month came to a close, this event left an indelible mark on all who participated. It was more than just a dance session, it was a celebration of movement, unity, and the unbreakable bonds of Delta.
